MLT Series Desiccant Dehumidifiers (350 - 3000 m³/h)

High airflow at low energy costs. Perfect for bigger storage facilities. Available with integrated humidistats.

MLT350

Nominal airflow 350 m³/h. Max. power consumption 2,05 kW at full load.

The MLT350 desiccant dehumidifier is designed to efficiently dehumidify in low moisture applications. It is equipped with an internally sealed rotor unit. The rotor casing is constructed of durable thermoset plastic and contains isolated sections that provide a precise balance for dehumidification, reactivation, and heat recovery airflows. Its rugged formed metal frame and access panels are produced from corrosion resistant Aluzink®.

The electrical control system conforms to EN 60204 (IEC204) standards. The electrical components are mounted on busbars and are constructed of halogen-free plastic. The electrical system is designed for up to 690V and 60ºC. MLT Series dehumidifiers conform to both harmonised European Standards and to CE marking specifications.

MLT30

Nominal airflow 3000 m³/h. Max. power consumption 22,0 kW/50Hz, 22,6/60Hz at full load.

MLT30 is a newly developed desiccant dehumidifer that comes as standard with a number of functions that are usually considered options. As with all other ML units, MLT30 effectively dehumidifies to a low moisture level. Thanks to its unique design, the entire air treatment process of the ML series of dehumidifiers occurs in a closed rotor unit with tightly sealing rotor housings made of heat-resistant thermoset plastic.

A high level of regulation accuracy, over 10 alarm indicators, an operating time counter and the option of remote control come as standard in the integrated PLC unit with display.

Another new feature is the integrated service indicator, which signals when it is time for maintenance servicing.

The shell is made of Aluzinc and the outer panels are in painted Aluzinc. MLT30 can be delivered with 3 different reactivation alternatives – electricity, steam or gas.

The electrical equipment conforms to EN 60204 (IEC204) standards. The electrical system is designed for voltages up to 480 V and an ambient temperature of up to 60 °C.

The ML series of dehumidifiers conform to both harmonised European standards and technical specifications for CE marking.
